How long will it take for my order to fulfill?
This small business, operated by two people, takes approximately 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to fulfill orders.
What’s your refund policy?
Once the order is delivered, it can be returned for a refund within 14 days (2 weeks). Items need to be in new or unused condition, with original packaging and tags.
To request for a refund, please email contact@ahlandesign.com and provide your order details, including your order number, the product or service you want a refund for, and the reason for your request.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, our website does not support international shipping rates. However, we can accommodate international orders through email. Please send us an email with your item preference and include “International Shipping” in the subject line. We will then provide you with an invoice that reflects the necessary shipping costs.
Are the apparel unisex?
Yes, the apparel is unisex!
What type of fabric are our shirts made from?
Older products are made of a poly/cotton blend, while newer products are made of 100% cotton. The goal is to transition all items to cotton.
How do I wash clothes to prevent future damages?
Flip the shirt inside out and machine wash it in cold. Tumble dry on a low setting. Do not iron over the printed area.
